OUr apiary processes its honey as little as possible, sticking to lower temperatures and a straining (rather than filtering) method to preserve the beneficial enzymes and pollen. It’s then bottled in a commercial kitchen and the result is a local, raw, unfiltered honey, beautifully packaged for easy storage.
